This project originally aimed to be a digital distribution of contrasting views of Kyrgyzstani development bankers, municipal officials, and artists and literary figures, to study the intersection of their respective thoughts on Kyrgyzstan’s developmental history, current and future development of water infrastructure. The product remains one-part historical document, one-part creative documentary distributed in Kyrgyzstan and internationally. The podcast format innovatively redefines the conversations’ content while exponentially increasing the audience.
