Neyran Turan: Architecture as Measure

Neyran Turan is an architect and a partner at NEMESTUDIO. She is currently an Associate Professor at the University of California-Berkeley. Neyran’s work focuses on alternative forms of environmental imagination and their capacity for new aesthetic and political trajectories within architecture and urbanism. Turan has been selected to curate the Pavilion of Turkey in the 2021 Venice Biennale International Architecture Exhibition.

This lecture is part of the Struggle/Rupture/Joy public lecture series and was co-hosted by EHCN, Bard College Environmental and Urban Studies, and Bard College Architecture.
