Otabek Nigmatov’s “Digital Mapping” workshop, held over five Saturdays in April, taught participants the use of Geographic Information System (GIS) software, mapping APIs, remote sensing tools, web mapping platforms, data visualization tools, and spatial data analysis tools. Participants also completed a GIS project for the workshop.
